Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Viridelle Naturals. We take great care in preparing and packaging your order, and aim to get it to you as smoothly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. As our products are thoughtfully made and packed in small batches, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer during busy periods. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK bank holidays.

UK Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Standard UK Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days after dispatch

  • Shipping cost: calculated at checkout

Tracked UK Delivery (if applicable)

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 working days after dispatch

  • Includes tracking information once dispatched

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays beyond our control.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If you select a tracked service, tracking details will be included where available.

Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, courier issues, or high demand. Viridelle Naturals cannot be held responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the courier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping costs may apply to resend it.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at viridellenaturals@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date), and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. This may change in the future.
